Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@bearmarinellc.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos at hello@bearmarinellc.com and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items cannot be returned unless defective.
