Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard shipping (7–15 business days): calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

International shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–25 business days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. BearMarine is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us at hello@bearmarinellc.com and we'll do our best to help.
